This weeks’ Saturday Night Live is going to be one to watch! The Foo Fighters are the musical guest, and Dave Chappelle is hosting. I’m definitely going to be interested in hearing Dave’s monologue, especially the Saturday after the big USA election, whichever way that turns out! Dave also hosted 4 years ago, after Donald Trump was elected, so I wonder how this monologue will be compared to that one.
The Foo Fighters have been hinting about a new album, their 10th album, is on the way. Dave Grohl confirmed back in February that they were finished recording this new album, and from the hints and teasers that they’ve been dropping, it looks like it’ll be out soon.
What do you think, are we going to be lucky enough to get “FF X” before the end of 2020? Will the Foo’s surprise us with a new tune in time for their SNL performance this week? I doubt it, but this year has been crazy, and some new music from the Foo Fighters would definitely help!
