NANAIMO – A Nanaimo elementary school is on Island Health’s COVID-19 exposure page for the first time.
SD68 confirmed late on Monday, April 26 there was a COVID-19 exposure at Departure Bay Elementary on April 21.
The Island Health school exposure page will be updated to include Departure Bay.
The elementary school will be listed alongside Pleasant Valley, Qwam Qwum and Ecole Quarterway elementary schools.
