If you’re looking to book vacation time in 2023, you could book a week off to go to the moon!
A Japanese billionaire, Yusaku Maezawa, is in search of eight people to go to the moon with him on the dearMoon space mission that’s happening in 2023.
He says he’s looking for eight people from around the world, that are artists, so pretty much anyone that’s doing something creative, could apply for this free ticket to the moon.
Wouldn’t that be so cool?! It takes three days to get to the moon, then you loop behind it, and then three more days to return to Earth. How many people, when asked what they did on their week off, could say that they took a little trip to space??
