NANAIMO — A local high school has experience another COVID-19 exposure event.
SD68 reported a newly confirmed case at NDSS, with potential exposure dates from March 30 through April 1.
Island Health continues to contact trace the exposure.
The school was already featured on Island Health’s exposure list following another exposure event over roughly the same time period.
Wellington secondary school is the only other Nanaimo-area school currently on Island Health’s radar.
Two schools in SD69 also recently confirmed exposures, with both confirmed cases at Kwalikum and Ballenas secondary schools in Qualicum Beach and Parksville.
