LADYSMITH — The number of COVID-19 exposure events at Ladysmith Secondary continues to grow.
The Nanaimo-Ladysmith School District on Monday, March 1 confirmed another exposure event on Feb. 23 to 25. The most recent exposure date before Monday’s confirmation was Feb. 18.
Island Health has already completed contact tracing.
Of the seven SD68 schools on Island Health’s school exposure list, Ladysmith Secondary has the highest number of potential exposure dates.
Five schools in Nanaimo are on the list and one in Lantzville.
